Day: 01 Arrival - Kathmandu

Day: 02 Kathmandu
After breakfast at the hotel proceed for full-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu also called the 'City of Glory'. Thereafter visit Swoyambunath Stupa, said to be one of the oldest Buddhist Stupas in the World, which is majestically set high on a Hill overlooking Kathmandu Valley. Afterwards, continue visit of Bhaktapur, also called the "City of Devotees". Overnight at Hotel Optional: Transfer to domestic airport for Mt. Everest view flight. This is an enchanting 50-minute flight over the world's highest mountain range where you can enjoy close-up views of Mt. Everest and other Himalayan giants.
Day 03 Kathmandu - Pokhara
Today after breakfast at the hotel you will be transferred to the domestic airport for flight to Pokhra. Assistance on arrival at the Pokhra airport and transfer to your hotel. The Pokhara valley is one of the most picturesque spots of Nepal. The rest of the day at leisure to explore Pokhara on own. Overnight at Hotel / Resort.
Day 04: Pokhra / Trek / Sanctuary Lodge (3750ft/1150m)
After breakfast we will board our transport to be transferred to a point from where we will begin our trek. Our walk will follow a ridgeline in the lower foothills of the Annapurnas with surrounding views of the Pokhara Valley. The lodge has magnificent views of the sacred and unclimbed Fishtail Mountain, or Machhapuchhre, as it is locally known. Lunch is at the lodge followed by an optional walk to the village of Birethanti. Or you may choose to spend the afternoon exploring the surrounding river valley (Trek time 3-4 hours) Overnight at Sanctuary Lodge
Day 05: Trek / Himalaya Lodge, Ghandruk (6,600ft/2,012m)
After breakfast, we leave the lodge walking out through the outlying farms following the Modi River Valley. Soon we begin to ascend out of the valley & up towards the mountains. The trail passes through small hamlets, terraced rice fields and forests with spectacular views of the surrounding valley. Snacks are provided along the trail. Hot lunch is served on arrival at the lodge in the early afternoon. (Trek time 5-6 hours). It is from this lodge that there are magnificent close up views of the surrounding mountains. Day 06: Trek to Gurung Lodge, Majgaon (4620ft/1,400m)
After breakfast, we leave the Himalaya Lodge walking out through the village of Ghandruk. Buffaloes and goats graze in the surrounding fields and you may have to make way for the donkey and mule trains that convey goods to and from the Gurkha settlements. You may also meet some of the trekkers coming down from or heading up to the Sanctuary itself. We continue descending for about 2 or 3 hours until we reach Shauli Bazaar. From here, we follow along the Modi River until reaching the Sanctuary Lodge. We'll have lunch at the Sanctuary Lodge here before we ascend again partly on well-paved steps and partly on switch-backs. We reach the Gurung Lodge after about 2 hours. Day 07: Trek to Pokhara (3080ft/933m) - Kathmandu
After early morning tea and coffee served on your verandah, you'll have the opportunity to photograph the stunning scenery of the Annapurnas from several different locations around the Lodge. After breakfast we trek to the village of Chandrakot through forests with surrounding views of the valley and mountains. Chandrakot is at an altitude of 1580 m/ 5200 ft. After a further 30 minute walk we arrive at the village of Lumle, which is situated at 1620 m / 5300ft. This is where we meet our vehicle. From Lumle we will return to Pokhara airport, a 1-hour journey, for flight to Kathmandu. Assistance on arrival at the Kathmandu airport and transfer to your hotel for overnight. Today you will have the rest of the day at leisure to explore the Kathmandu town / markets on your own. Overnight at Hotel
Day 08: Departure
After breakfast transfer to the airport for flight to onwards destination.
